1RU. Front-to-Back. Shuffle In-Line.
GPX78 Inline Shuffle Panel — Trunks patch from the rear. Shuffled links exit to the front. Standard 4×4 rail-optimized logic and 8×8 rail optimized can be customized. All compressed into a single rack unit with enough depth to allow for rear cable management.

Maximum Logic, Minimum Space
The GPX78 delivers the same factory-shuffled 4×4 channel distribution as side-by-side configuration but uses half the space, in a single 1RU inline form factor. Up to 18 cassettes fit in one rack unit. When rack space is constrained and every U counts, the GPX78 puts shuffle logic where side-by-side shuffle panels waste two units.
Equipment on the Front. Trunks on the Back.
The front face is dedicated purely to shuffled equipment egress — clean, uncluttered, and ready for patch cords to switches and servers. All trunk ingress is managed from the rear. No faceplate congestion. No blocked airflow. No fighting for front-panel real estate during MACs.
300mm for Trunk Organization
At 300mm depth, the GPX78 is deep enough to manage incoming MPO trunk cables from the back. Rear cable management keeps spine and leaf trunks organized and accessible without intruding into the hot aisle or the equipment face. Patch from the front. Manage trunks from the back.
25% Degradation, Not 100% Loss
Each inline cassette performs the same rail-optimized 4×4 shuffle as our Infinity family. One transceiver failure drops bandwidth by 25%, not zero. Training jobs stay alive. Maintenance stays scheduled. The physical layer protects the workload — even in a 1RU package. 8×8 shuffle tray can be customized and provides a 12.5% graceful degradation.

Deployment Configurations
When Every U Counts
Legacy co-location racks and older data centers have limited vertical space. The GPX78 delivers spine-leaf shuffle logic in 1RU instead of 2RU — freeing rack units for compute, storage, or revenue-generating equipment. Same fiber intelligence. Smaller footprint.
Front Face for GPUs Only
AI training clusters demand maximum front-face airflow and minimal obstruction. The GPX78 keeps all trunk cabling on the rear, leaving the front face exclusively for shuffled links to GPU blades and spine switches. No cable spaghetti blocking intake vents. No trunk management competing for patch cord access.
Add Shuffle by the Cassette
Not ready for a full multi-cassette vertical deployment? Start with one GPX78 per rack row. Each cassette handles four leaf uplinks and four spine downlinks via 4×4 shuffle. Add cassettes as your cluster grows. Your CAPEX scales with your server count, not ahead of it.
