Shenzhen Adtek Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Adtek” or “the Company”), as a leading optical connectivity solutions provider, is fully aware that commercial corruption undermines the order of fair market competition and causes severe harm to social and economic development, industry ecosystem construction, and the Company’s long-term sustainable operation.
Adtek always upholds the core value of integrity-based operation, abides by business ethics and professional conduct, and strictly complies with anti-corruption laws and regulations of the countries and regions where its business operates. These include anti-corruption legal norms in China, the United Nations Convention Against Corruption, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and the UK Bribery Act 2010, as well as other internationally recognized standards. The Company adheres to a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of commercial corruption.To establish a robust integrity risk prevention and control system and curb commercial corruption, Adtek has formulated and implemented a integrity management mechanism as follows:
01. Employee Conduct
All employees must strictly comply with the Code of Conduct for Ethical Business Practice. No employee, nor any institution or individual acting on behalf of the Company, shall directly or indirectly offer improper benefits to government officials, business partners, or other third parties for the purpose of securing commercial opportunities or competitive advantages.
02. Partner Integrity
If any partner (including but not limited to suppliers, agents, distributors, technical service providers, and consultants, collectively referred to as “Partners”) engages in improper practices such as offering benefits to the Company’s employees, the employees must resolutely reject such offers immediately and report thematter to the Company’s Department in accordance with prescribed procedures.
03. Contractual Standards
In all business collaborations with Partners, Adtek shall incorporate integrity cooperation requirements into the core clauses of cooperation agreements, explicitly mandating Partners to comply with this Statement and relevant integrity standards. Simultaneously, the Company shall establish an integrity performance evaluation mechanism for Partners to conduct full-process supervision and restraint over their ethical behaviors.

Reporters are advised to provide their real names and valid contact information to facilitate further verification and communication by the Company’s staff. The Company will also conduct thorough investigations on anonymous reports that provide valid clues in accordance with relevant regulations.
