Compared with OM1/OM2, OM3, OM4, and OM5 optical fibers are suitable for high bandwidth, short to moderate-distance communication, and OS2(G.652.D/G.657.A1/G.657.A2/G.657.B2/G.657.B3)
fiber types are available for long-distance, high-performance communication systems.
