pen their understanding of the company through field visits.
On the day of the event, 13 teachers and students led by Professor Shen from the Department of Electronics of Southern University of Science and Technology came to visit and exchange with ADTEK. On behalf of the company, the executive vice president Mr. Ma, marketing director Mr. Zhu, human resources manager Mr. Cai and other company leaders warmly welcomed the arrival of the teachers and students, and presented each visiting guest with a beautiful small gift.
The first stop for the students and teachers was the showroom of the company. Under the leadership of the business manager, everyone intuitively and vividly felt the development history and technical characteristics of ADTEK, and faced with the application of various products of Edeltek, everyone actively discussed and the atmosphere was lively.
In the second stop, the students and teachers of SUSTech were taken on a tour of the office in the company’s Smart Park office area, and were introduced in detail to the company’s overview, development history, corporate culture, and also expected future opportunities for cooperation with SUSTech.

The fourth stop, the company sent a special car to pick up the students and teachers from SUSTech to visit the company’s factory in Tai Hom. At the factory in Tai Hom, the students and teachers changed into the dustproof and anti-static clothes of the factory, and the engineering manager, Mr. Yu, introduced the production process of the company’s products in detail for the students and teachers of SUSTech.
Finally, in the meeting room of the Da Hom factory, the teachers and students of SUSTech ended the tour of Edeltek, and in such a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, the event was successfully concluded. After the activity, the company arranged a special car to send the teachers and students of SUSTech back to the school.
Strengthening the in-depth cooperation and communication with higher education institutions is a major talent strategy that Edeltek has been implementing for many years.
