
Recently, ADTEK successfully held a learning and exchange session between its R&D Pre-Research Team and Guangming Optical Engineering Team’s new graduates.
As part of ADTEK’s core Talent Development and Leadership Program, this initiative focuses on “Empowerment, Growth, and Precision”—aiming to nurture young engineers, inspire innovation, and inject fresh energy into the company’s long-term, high-quality growth.
The session brought together ADTEK’s General Manager Helen, senior leaders from the R&D Center and the Guangming subsidiary, along with a team of mentors and newly onboarded engineers, including both master’s and bachelor’s graduates.
The exchange centered on the theme of “Listening · Responding · Empowering”, forming three key connections to help young talents adapt, learn, and grow:
Listening and Feedback: Managers and mentors invited new employees to share their early experiences, learning outcomes, and challenges. Their insights will help refine ADTEK’s future training programs to better match real needs.
Mentorship and Guidance: Senior engineers shared their own professional journeys, providing both encouragement and direction. Their stories offered a roadmap for how technical expertise and career aspirations can grow in sync with the company’s development.
Care and Belonging: Beyond work and skill-building, ADTEK emphasized empathy and team culture—ensuring that new employees not only integrate into their roles but also feel a strong sense of belonging and shared purpose.
This interactive approach created a “fast track for professional growth”, helping graduates transition seamlessly from university to the workplace, and from learners to contributors within ADTEK’s innovation-driven ecosystem.
During the session, General Manager Helen shared the company’s entrepreneurial journey and the core values of “Integrity, Innovation, and Technical Excellence.”
She encouraged the young engineers to seize the momentum of the rapidly evolving optical communication industry, which is entering a new era of intelligent and high-speed growth.
